HelioHost Posted May 28, 2017 Posted May 28, 2017 Good morning,Each time I try to connect to my FTP server and log in, I get the error "The share does not exist on this server". When I use Web Disk, I get the error, "Check the server name or IP address, and then try again.". I don't know what it could be that's preventing me from accessing either of these and all of the accounts are configured correctly. The only alternative is using the File Manager but the file manager will not allow me to upload entire folders, and thus why I am trying FTP. Is there something you guys can do, or an alternate way to access my FTP?Thanks.

Krydos Posted May 28, 2017 Posted May 28, 2017 Did you read the link? Apparently there is some bug. The stackexchange page recommends changing your password or using Filezilla (which doesn't have that bug.)
HelioHost Posted May 28, 2017 Author Posted May 28, 2017 Yes I did. Thanks for your help.P.S. Do you know if they have FIlezilla for MacOS? Krydos Posted May 28, 2017 Posted May 28, 2017 Yep, here's the link https://filezilla-project.org/download.php?platform=osx
wolstech Posted May 28, 2017 Posted May 28, 2017 You might want this link instead: http://sourceforge.net/projects/filezilla/files/FileZilla_Client/3.25.2/FileZilla_3.25.2_macosx-x86.app.tar.bz2/download It's the same as the previous one without the bundled adware.
