I input all 3 (email is definitely correct) and then I get incorrect username please put in username corresponding to the password. So it seems I need the username. wolstech Posted May 17, 2017 Posted May 17, 2017 The main domain is the domain associated with your account (what you'd visit to see your website). You shouldn't need the main domain to delete your account.

That's rather odd because the same username and password that you log in to cpanel with should allow you to delete the account. Since the email address you're using for this conversation matches the contact address for the account that is good enough verification that you're the owner of the account so I can delete it for you if you'd like.
