You need to Request Java before you can run a java website. You can do this in cPanel under the Software section. Once you receive Java (there's a significant wait if you're on Johnny), you can upload JSP files and they'll just run when you visit them in your browser.

 

If you have a war file, you should upload it into your home folder, then make a post on the Customer Service forum asking for it to be deployed so a root admin can deploy it for you.

i have uploaded .war file under home folder and .rar deleted.

file name easyfeespay.war. you can deploy on server.

It looks like you have requested java on your account, but it has not yet been enabled. In order to deploy a .war on your account java has to be enabled. You can track whether java has been enabled on your account and get a rough estimated install date at https://johnny.heliohost.org:2083/frontend/paper_lantern/java/index.live.php Since you picked the Johnny server it might be a while before java is enabled. Another option is to transfer your account to Tommy which you could get java enabled in only a few hours. Let us know if you have any questions.
