All data that is recoverable, including the data from the manual attempt that was made, can be had from http://www.heliohost.org/backup/

 

If you don't receive the email after filling this form, let us know and we can send it manually.

 

There are no plans for any further recovery. The disk is too damaged to do anything else with at this point.

Hi,

I've entered my data in that form and received an email containing a link When I clicked on the link, Account Suspended | HelioHost was loaded. Is the backup system working or is there anything I need to do on my side to be able to access my data?

Thanks for letting us know. The account that stores the backups had gone inactive since no one had logged in to it for 30 days. Does the link work now?
