Getting Servfail For Dns

Hi,

 

My username is bindo, and my websites associated with heliohost nameservers are failing to resolve.

 

Are there any issues specifically with my account?

Thanks for the info. I was aware of the server failure. But even then, the nameservers were working fine, and only the hosting was having issues. I changed my ns to a temporary setup now. Are the heliohost name servers going to be back with the same data? Or should I create a new account ?

You need to sign up again, which will make new records pointing to the new server (currently Tommy since its the only one working).

 

The Stevie accounts are unrecoverable. The reason for your dns error is because we finally cleaned them up and deleted all the records for the Stevie accounts the other day.
