Hello,

I have accidentally deleted ALL folders on account, including default ones. Is it possible to completly reset account to default without deleting account and creating it again?

I think krydos and Byron can put the public_html back if it disappears, but otherwise we usually recommend you delete it and start over.

I know an account with all its folders deleted will not work completely properly if you just recreate them due to permissions issues.

We have no facility to truly reset an account anyway. Anything krydos/Byron would do is done manually.

You can re-create the folders yourself at your cPanel "Home" directory.

.htpasswds - 750

mail - 751

public_ftp - 755

tmp - 755

www - 777

The www should create ok as symlink pointing to public_html. Just check it to make sure. If it doesn't post back.

I just did some checking and some folders will need to be chowned like the mail folder and I'm not exactly sure if www folder gets created exactly like it was before. I think you'd be better off deleting the account and starting all over.

Is there any way you can increase registration limit for Stevie? I can't register new account because limit is always reached.

New registrations are opened every day at 1 AM and often closed at 5 AM (Croatian time). :)

If we increased the number of daily signups Stevie would quickly become as unstable as Johnny. The system automatically lowers the number of daily signups as the load gets higher, and the number of daily signups available rises if the load stays nice and low.
