After renewing my account, the server could not find my db user. I created a new one, now it can't find the db. I would delete and create a new one, but phpmyadmin also does not work. wolstech Posted November 5, 2015 Share Posted November 5, 2015 Krydos can make the database visible again for you. After that, you'll just need to recreate/reassign the user to the database again. Krydos Posted November 5, 2015 Share Posted November 5, 2015 The database nnicoles_phpex should now be visible to your root mysql account. You may need to delete, recreate, and reassign permissions to any database users that should have access to the affected database. If phpmyadmin doesn't log in properly or you don't see the database there change your account password and this should sync up the mysql/cpanel passwords.
