jperana Posted October 25, 2015 Posted October 25, 2015 Hi, I tried to log in my account in PhpMyAdmin many times today, is it down? It says Error: 500. And also I think I also need help in restoring my databases. It is shown in the MySql DB page but It doesn't have any File Size so I think its wiped. Thank you, ID: jperana
wolstech Posted October 26, 2015 Posted October 26, 2015 Try changing your cPanel password, then logging out and back in. PhpMyAdmin works fine for me. As for database restoration, the 0MB size is normal. All mine are 0, but definitely have data. Once you get into PHPMyAdmin, what are the names of the databases? Are any missing from PhpMyAdmin but still listed in cPanel?
pawan88 Posted October 26, 2015 Posted October 26, 2015 Please let me know if u manage to fix urs jperana, i have same issue of 500 error and unable to get in it.

wolstech Posted October 28, 2015 Posted October 28, 2015 This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
Krydos Posted October 28, 2015 Posted October 28, 2015 The databases listed should now be visible to your root mysql account. You may need to delete, recreate, and reassign permissions to any database users that should have access to the affected databases. If phpmyadmin doesn't log in properly or you don't see the database there change your account password and this should sync up the mysql/cpanel passwords. Let us know if you're still having any issues accessing your data.
