wolstech Posted October 23, 2015 Posted October 23, 2015 The last part of the Stevie fix was installed yesterday and it broke everything again. This time around, not only did the database users break, but many databases became invisible. You need to change your cPanel password, then log out and in to fix PhpMyAdmin. Once that's done, check to see if all your databases show in PhpMyAdmin. The missing ones needs to be restored by Krydos (please post a list of database names). Once you have them all, delete and recreate your database users (again). On the upside, Stevie now should have full InnoDB support for the first time in almost 2 years and is running MySQL 5.6.21 now (replacing an ancient 5.1).
wolstech Posted October 23, 2015 Posted October 23, 2015 This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
Krydos Posted October 23, 2015 Posted October 23, 2015 The databases stefaanc_astrodb, stefaanc_logboeken, and stefaanc_tests should now be visible to your root mysql account. You may need to delete, recreate, and reassign permissions to any database users that should have access to the affected databases. If phpmyadmin doesn't log in properly or you don't see the database there change your account password and this should sync up the mysql/cpanel passwords. Let us know if you're still having any issues accessing your data.
StefaanC Posted October 24, 2015 Author Posted October 24, 2015 Ok, thank you very much, I have everything working again now.
