[Answered] Access To My Website From Desktops Works, From Tablet, Phone Not

I can access my site on my desktops (one Vista, one Win8.1). Mostly I can.

But on my tablet (android 4.2) or my Lumia (Windows Phone 8.1) it very rarely succeeds. Mostly it does not.

 

I am aware of the problem of loading sites from cache. Most browsers do. But when I clear the cache, the problem remains the same.

 

Can anybody help me find out what is going on?

I need it to work everywhere, especially on my tablet and phone.

The problem seemes to be resolved, on itself. Strange.

This host (johnny on heliohost) seems to be more down than up. I will have to leave, go elsewhere, since this is not going to work.

You might want to consider moving servers. You'll be better off on Stevie if uptime is important. Johnny is known for being unreliable due to load caused by the extra features and more lenient suspension policy, and the fact that it shares a server with our website and forum.

 

Stevie's uptime is ~99%, Johnny is about 85%.

If it's possible to move from johnny to stevie, I would do so yes. How can I move?

Ok, I moved now from johnny to stevie. I created the stevie account 4 days ago, but I still cannot start with FTP for some reason. Tried everything I can think of. Could it be that after 4 days, things are not ready yet?

It means it cannot connect since there is no nodename or servname or they are not known.

When I use ftp.heliohost.org in stead of ftp.casierstefaan.heliohost.org as I did on server johnny I get:
