yashrs
Please wait for some time. Your main domain is up and running. The configuration of sub-domain will take some time. It starts after your main domain is configured, that's why.
wolstech
The right way to do this is to use NS records pointed to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org on the main domain jetwd.cu.cc. Delete the CNAME from the tw.jetwd.cu.cc subdomain. Once everything starts working, create the tw subdomain through cPanel. I'm seeing A and CNAME records, which aren't supported for this. The fact it works at all is interesting since the jetwd.cu.cc domain isn't your main domain. @yashrs: Only actual domains (addons/parked/main) normally queue when being set up. yashrs
@wolstech I told this on the basis of my experience. When I had created a subdomain, it was in the queue for a 2 days untill it got activated.
wolstech
They can and do queue, but the last few times I made one it started working within a few hours at most. My sub domains that point to non-HH servers started working in minutes. Then again I'm on Stevie so his will take longer being on johnny. His DNS still doesn't look right though, and he'll be queued forever if he never adds it in cpanel.
yashrs
Just wanted to ask: How do you point subdomains to other host or server ?
wolstech
Add an A record or CNAME record in cpanel under the DNS editor. For instance, I have minecraft.raxsoft.tk, which is an A record that points the game server's IP address.
yashrs
Thank you very much ! ! You use which server/host for minecraft server? I also want to host one, for all my friends and me.
wolstech
I run my own. For friends, I'd recommend either joining an existing server or running it yourself. If you want, you can join mine http://www.acmine.tk. We have 4 players besides myself, so everyone is welcome. It's usually pretty quiet, so you and your friends would probably have it to yourself quite a bit.
