Hi, I encountered the accounted queued message: a. My HelioHost username: jasonymy b. The server my account is on: johnny c. My HelioHost main domain:jetwd.cu.cc The symptom as below: The CNAME in tw (=>http://tw.jetwd.cu.cc)show me Account Queued message but it is good in www(=>http://www.jetwd.cu.cc). Both of them are the cname at jetwd.cu.cc in zone record. Please kindly help, thank you very much !
