User is pbrackaccount is on Johnnydomain is:peterbrackenbury.com I'd really like to have it restored! I'm getting the hh suspended page but when I try to login or reactivate i'm getting this error: We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error.
Ice IT Support Posted August 26, 2013 Posted August 26, 2013 This account has been suspended for violation of our one account per user policy which is clearly stated during the creation process of each and every account on Heliohost. A common misconception is that you need a separate account for each website that you want to host, but since Heliohost differs from most free hosts and even most paid hosting by offering unlimited addon domains, unlimited parked domains, and unlimited sub domains one can easily and conveniently host as many separate websites as they wish all from your one free hosting account. If multiple accounts were created to get around our disk space limit we strongly suggest using a free service such as dropbox to host your large images, videos, and downloads while continuing to host your website with us if you wish. If you understand that each user is only allowed to have one active account please let us know which account you would like to use and it can be unsuspended for you. Also let us know if you need backups of any of the data on the other accounts, and if there are any domains on the suspended accounts that you would like to host on your main account because we will need to remove them from the suspended account before you will be able to host them on your unsuspended account. For example: user1: unsuspend user2: backup user3: backup, idontreadrules.com user4: thoughticouldgetawaywithit.org
pbrack Posted August 26, 2013 Author Posted August 26, 2013 HI-- I'm not sure what you mean by more than one user! I only had one account--- pbrack and I was the only user and only one site was hosted-- peterbrackenbury.com... when I found myself locked out of that account and the renewal script was not working for me-- I tried to reset the password but that script sent an email but never seemed to complete the process of resetting my password-- I did after being locked out try to set up a new account under the name pbrack2-- is that where the violation lies? I only did that to try to get into the forum which I mistakenly thought was tied to the account log-in user/pass all I want is for the single pbrack account and user to function again

I can login to my account and I see that my files are there but when i try to look at my site on the web-- its not resolving-- is there a delay for the content to go live again? is there anything I need to do-- or just wait? i'm getting the following error message sorry for newb questions Oops! wolstech Posted August 26, 2013 Posted August 26, 2013 peterbrackenbury.com is working fine for me. I see what appears to be a portfolio. Please clear your cache. If it still doesn't work, perhaps try viewing it on another PC.
