mbdungo Posted April 29, 2013 Posted April 29, 2013 Mam/Sir, Lets talk about this message which would be received after a Hosting Account Installed!: “Also note that your account will be automatically pruned if you do not log in to your control panel for a period of one month.” Because I'm planning to fully host my websites with this free web hosting service... What if I successfully developed a script with that host and completely installed some software therein and my database already got an important information because of the users who coming thought my websites...What if my account get suspended for inactivity? Can I recovered the data therein? Or even just the database?AND WHAT IF my account get suspended just because of an error of the system? (As mentioned in Heliohost FAQ - HelioHost Wiki and in Suspended and Queued Accounts - HelioNet.) How can I get my data back? Or even just the important database? If ever there's no way to get the data back when the account get suspend, mostly if the reason is just because of the error, then it's VERY HARD.. Please respond, thank you..
Shinryuu Posted April 29, 2013 Posted April 29, 2013 If you actually read through the Suspended/Queued forum you'd realize we're very lenient with the unsuspensions. Particularly inactivity, if you become inactive you can fix it yourself with http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew. The only time we refuse backups is for suspended users who go through their three strikes not doing anything to fix their site's problems or with illegal activity such as phishing or storing/using copyright material. 1

Krydos Posted April 29, 2013 Posted April 29, 2013 However, if your HelioHost cPanel account was deleted due to inactivity, feel free to create a new account.Stevie is currently deleting accounts that haven't been logged into since August 4th 2012. That's about 269 days since the owner of the account last logged in. So if you logged into your account today and then never logged in again it would be suspended on May 29th 2013 for inactivity, and then it would probably be deleted sometime around January 23rd 2014. 1

The answer is no. When an account is deleted, so is all of its contents.
