onimxyz Posted April 20, 2013 Share Posted April 20, 2013 my username : whoonimserver : jhonnysite : 1000followers.heliohost.org i can't login my account. it says login attempt faild. but i login even past 5,6 days ago. it is not suspended . because i can see my site correctly. but can't access to the cpanel.i tried password reset . but every time i enter may username . it said to cheak my inbox. but i havenot found any mail within varification code or link to change it.i checked even spam folder. butit just not sending any mail for password reset. please help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
wolstech Posted April 20, 2013 Share Posted April 20, 2013 It's possible that someone changed the contact email address if they actually hacked your account. If that's the case, an admin or mod can reset your password. They usually send it to the email address you registered with.
