i can't login my account. it says login attempt faild. but i login even past 5,6 days ago. it is not suspended . because i can see my site correctly. but can't access to the cpanel.

i tried password reset . but every time i enter may username . it said to cheak my inbox. but i havenot found any mail within varification code or link to change it.i checked even spam folder. butit just not sending any mail for password reset. please help

It's possible that someone changed the contact email address if they actually hacked your account. If that's the case, an admin or mod can reset your password. They usually send it to the email address you registered with.

 

Also, 1000followers.heliohost.org is showing what appears to be a phishing site for facebook at the moment...

It's either brute force protection or your own poor ways to keep your account safe. You were not hacked.

Feel free to create another account if you wish, and restore your data from a backup. If you really were hacked you must have had the world's easiest password to guess because our brute force protection is kind of insane.
