Jamie96554 Posted March 19, 2013 Posted March 19, 2013 I made a subdomain, and installed eyeOS on it, via Softaculous. And it installed, and I loaded the site, and it said Account Queued. So I left it for about 24 hours, and I re-loaded the site, and it said " Internal Server ErrorThe server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@client.parafbi.heliohost.org and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.More information about this error may be available in the server error log.Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/2.2.23 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.23 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_mono/2.6.3 mod_jk/1.2.35 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 mod_bwlimited/1.4 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_wsgi/3.4 Python/2.4.3 Server at client.parafbi.heliohost.org Port 80 " What can i do to fix this, so the site will load??
Shinryuu Posted March 19, 2013 Posted March 19, 2013 EyeOS doesn't really work on either server. On Stevie it kinda runs, but nowhere near how it should, throws alertboxes over every little thing, and as you noticed it gives a 500 on Johnny. I can't really explain why or how to fix it, probably needs modules that aren't installed or something. If you could look for a list of requirements we could double-check that. 1
Jamie96554 Posted March 20, 2013 Author Posted March 20, 2013 Where can I find the list of requirements? I dont know where I could get that.
wolstech Posted March 20, 2013 Posted March 20, 2013 v2.5's install manual is here: http://resources.eyeos.org/documentation/installation_manual.pdf Parts of it are basic stuff like installing PHP, but it does list the modules that need installing as well as the PHP.ini settings it requires.
Krydos Posted March 24, 2013 Posted March 24, 2013 If anyone posts any specific settings that are needed for EyeOS to work properly, or error messages that EyeOS throws with the current settings I can take a look at whether they can be adjusted.
