[Solved] Johnny Problems And Downtime

Hello,

When attempting to log into cPanel & webmail I get the following:

 

Internal Server Error

500

No response from subprocess with exit signal: 1

cpsrvd/11.32.2.28 Server at anaor.heliohost.org

 

I have tried:

- Logging out (using "/logout/" url).

- Removing cookies.

- Re-openning my browser.

 

The above error only shows when providing the correct password.

Providing a wrong password returns me to the login page, as expected.

I have noticed a change in the login page. Could my problems be related to a version update?

I would also like to note that the johnny server load page also gives internal error 500. Could be related?

My own site, however, is running without problems.

i'm having the same problem , i combined some of my VB.NET programs with the server and thus if the server wouldn't work my programs will not longer open , and i have a variety of people using them everyday , need help =O

I can not login cpanel today, says"Login Attempt Failed!" .can not reset. I also tried renew and sais renewed successfully and same problem.

I get it when I try to login, and even on my homepage!

I'm trying to connect at my site cpanel at http://bluefox.heliohost.org/cpanel

but cannot login (Internal Server Error), also cannot login on ftp.

 

This is weird since the site works !

Every month, I will write at least one blog on my website. And, at 09/25/2012, I have just update one blog.

 

but Now,I can't accsess my account or visit my website.

1) please be more observant, this has been an issue for a week now

 

2) when you are about to be suspended for inactivity the system sends a friendly reminder to the email address on record

 

3) it's your responsibility to take backups, login to cpanel, make sure no inappropriate material is present on your site on a regular basis.
