Its been 2 days since I got to know about this issue, Its driving me mad. I don't know for how long this has been happening. My sent mails aren't always being delivered, I get no error/failed delivery mail and they aren't delivered to recipients. I checked in Track Delivery feature and found out that for sometime it shows status as "in progress" after few minutes it just vanishes, no record of whether it was delivered or failed, no record whatsoever.This is happening randomly, some emails get delivered successfully. I tried mailing myself from gmail, yahoo providers. Sometime the mail arrives but sometimes it doesn't. So where are the mails going? What is going on? Please help. I am using outlook, mail is also setup on my gmail android app, I tried using webmail, still same problem. Please help. Sir, My hosting account has been suspended. May be due to large space that my site uses, i don't know. But i will try to remove those files which is useless and consuming much space and resources. If there is any other issue, i will try to remove/eliminate that to reduce the cpu usage but please reactivate my account. This is first time suspension, so i request to please activate my account. Hello, continues to experience problems when using FTP from the ricky server in FileZilla, showing the following error message: Error: Received unexpected end-of-file from SFTP serverError: Could not connect to the server Uninstall the client, reinstall it and persist, try another client and the same error message, port 1312 was allowed from the antivirus in firewall mode, and nothing. Also by normal ftp the same error continues The problem lies from the server. Any help or solution? Thank you

Hi, I have an account on Ricky. When I access Ricky after connect to Internet(router logged in to ISP), I can access Ricky for about 5-10 minutes. But after that initial period Ricky stops responding, even to ping requests. I am able to ping/ access Tommy and Johnny, at the same time. My ISP does not provide Static IPs for home users, so the IP keeps changing every time router reconnects/ DCHP is reset. My current IP is 122.171.107.24@04:47UTC. Could you please help me figure this out and fix this issue? Thanks & Regards, Ramana Murthy.

I've been configuring a domain on ricky's servers for 3 days but at the time of loading the web it does not show anything I've checked the browsers cloudflare and everything well while the error indicates it's on the host. Any response and solution? Thank you

Why can not I access the domain hosted by ricky via FTP? the message says "Error retrieving the directory listing" Any solution?

So, I installed the SSL using the tutorial from the wiki, on ssl status it says this: Domain validated (image1) But SSL isn't working because I'm getting this: (image2) An I doing something wrong? Edit: Please, close this, I was able to solve the problem, sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello dear heliohosters I've noticed a difference between Tommy and Ricky when it comes to the HTTPS version of the default subdomains, namely: webmail.xxx, cpanel.xxx, and webdisk.xxx.heliohost.org. 1) On Ricky http://cpanel.licool.heliohost.org loads the NOT secured cpanel login page. https://cpanel.licool.heliohost.org loads correctly the SECURED cpanel login page. While, 2) On Tommy http://cpanel.awal1.heliohost.org loads the NOT secured cpanel login page as well, but https://cpanel.awal1.heliohost.org POINTS to the INDEX page in public_html! instead of loading the secured cpanel page. Although Krydos has explained to me that on Tommy cpanel.xxx, webmail.xxx... etc are not real subdomains, they are actually proxies. For instance, cpanel.xxx is a proxy to tommy.heliohost.org:2083. I would like to know what is the difference then with Ricky that loads the right subdomain page weather using http or https? when Tommy doesn't I hope my question is clear and thank you in advance for any help.
