  1. This is a very strange issue. You might need to signup again if HelioHost can't recover your accounts.

If you haven't kept backups, please recover as much as you can from the Google web cache:

    http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/sear...lvatoreg.co.cc/

http://www.google.com/search?oe=UTF-8&...d.heliohost.org (choose 'Cached' next to page)

    Glepp - what's your domain?

Francesco - what's your cPanel username?

    Sorry for any inconvenience

  2. Sorry, you can only run 2 cron jobs per day.

Actually, bandwidth isn't the problem. Cron jobs put lots of pressure on the server and can cause downtime if abused.

Sorry for any inconvenience - these terms have only been set to minimize downtime.

  3. A support admin will be able to let you know if your account is queued. There are currently 300 accounts queued.

If your email is @hotmail, then Hotmail has blocked HelioHost and you probably won't have got a confirmation email.

Wizard has kindly volenteered to make a script that automatically checks if someones account is queued (in development).

  4. Please edit your post and remove your private certificate info so nobody else can use your certificate! ;)

WebDisk has been disabled because not many people used it and to minimize server load. Why don't you use FTP instead? I believe it is just the same as WebDav except with less security.

In cPanel, under 'SSL/TS manager', have you tried 'Activate SSL on Your Web Site (HTTPS)'?

  5. We currently have a backlog of accounts due to a small error in the signup script (which has been fixed). Signups have been temporarily closed to ensure Stevie doesn't become overloaded.

At the moment, due to the current problems, it could take about 7 days for your account to become active.

Once your website displays an 'Account Queued' message, you will be able to login to cPanel and it should take no longer than 24 hours for your website to become active.

    Sorry for any inconvenience

  6. You need to add the following nameservers to your .co.cc domain:

    ns1.heliohost.org

    ns2.heliohost.org

I believe that .co.cc requires you to input the above information in the .co.cc control panel within 48 hours of creation (so do it quickly!!).

Due to the current backlog, you will have to wait about 144 hours for your account to become active.

    Sorry for any inconvenience.

  7.

Wizard has kindly volenteered to make a script which will show users how their account is doing in the queue ( http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=8086 ). Hopefully this will benefit the members of HelioHost and the staff.

When your website shows a 'HelioHost Account Queued' message, it means that your cPanel account is active but your website will be active in under 24 hours.

Hopefully your site will be up in a few days. Sorry about the extended wait.

  8. The server has been setup to allow only a certain number of signups per day. When you visited the signup page, that limit had been reached causing signups to be temporarily closed until tomorrow (PST). This is to prevent the server from being backlogged and overloaded with signup requests.

Unfortunately, at the moment, HelioHost have been forced to temporarily close signups as the server has a backlog of signup requests due to an error in the creation script. Please try again in a few days in the morning (PST).

    Sorry for any inconvenience.

  9. At the moment, most questions asked on HelioNet are related to how their website is doing in the creation queue. So, why not make a script which will tell the user the answer? For example...

Your website is #39 in the queue, and should be active in about 24 hours.

Your website is #76 in the queue, and should be active in about 48 hours.

The website you specified is already active.

The website you specified doesn't exist.

Thought it would be a nice idea and minimize this common question. ;)

  10. On HelioHost, accounts are NOT activated by hand - we have an automated script that does it. However, each account takes about 10 minutes, and there are currently ALOT of account in the queue for that script to handle. Also, the server needs to restart at the end of the day to finish the activation.

    Sorry for any inconvenience.

  11. If your website isn't working and the renew script doesn't working, I'm afraid your account is already deleted. Please create a new one. However, we currently have a backlog of accounts, which may mean that it will take longer than usual for your account to be activated.

Please remember to login to a .php file on cPanel every 30 days to keep your account active.

    Sorry for any inconvenience.

  12. You can use more than one domain on your account by going to 'Parked Domains' in cPanel and adding your domain. You will also need to setup the nameservers on the domain(s) you add:

    ns1.heliohost.org

    ns2.heliohost.org

It will take about 24 hours for your domain(s) to become active.

A support admin should be able to take a look at your main domain problem. ;)
