Yes. The hackers overwrote every index.html or index.php file with there own - there's not much we can do.

@Aprime - Umm... I'm not sure if a user would request support for another user that they don't know.
And if a user requests for their website to be deleted, we would check their index.html to see if it reads 'All files have been deleted! Please delete my site!'.

Your username and database should be prefixed with your cPanel username then your name. For example, cpanel_test
Your database name is, but your database username is prefixed with miovitz_a6745589_ for some reason, when it should be just a6745589_
