If you wish to move your entire site to Johnny then please let me know and I will be happy to move you to Johnny. Although, we only recommend you do this if you require the use of dangerous services like Java/JSP, ASP.NET and Ruby on Rails. Because of these dangerous services, the uptime will be worse and your site might be a bit more sluggish.
This issue with Stevie is becoming more and more rare. If I were you, I would keep your site on Stevie.
The moving process is automated and instructions are available at http://wiki.helionet.org/wiki/Moving_your_account . However, the wiki is currently unavailable as it is hosted on Stevie. Also, the delete script should only work when Stevie is back online. The process involves deleting your account and restoring your files etc.
We apologise for any loss of important emails. During this time, the emails you receive will probably be immediately discarded. Also, some email providers (such as Yahoo and BT) will send an email back to the sender saying that the email failed to deliver.

Okay. I wasn't sure if it would let you take part again or not - never tried it.
Thanks again,
-
It's okay
Yes I know Area51 has Java, sorry for the misunderstanding.
I can't resolve any Johnny sites now.
Let's just wait for djbob

Your welcome.

We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties related to Stevie. We are doing as much as we can to solve this issue quickly and efficiently. We will keep you updated via our Twitter feed @HelioHost.
The Administrators are equipped with tools to fix the error, but unfortunately they have failed to fix the issue.
Because of this, this support request is being escalated to our root admin.

Which folders?
This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
@djbob - similar to the problem posted in mod discussion called 'Stevie Hack', eh?
-
Yes, we have this enabled on our servers.
Here is a working example on Stevie:
-
There was probably a DNS entry still buried in the system.

But how long do you think it will take to get everything sorted out?
Sorry, looks like the issue got solved last time
Is it still not working? If not, shall I escalate this? If so, what should djbob do?so this time the problem was actually at the domain name registrar side, but they fixed it and it works now -
What host are you using?
What user are you using?
What server are you on?
-
Sounds like a good idea to me. djbob did this with the signup form.
This code needs to go on every script:
<body style="background-color: #F5F1E5;"> ... </body>

It's just Johnny, not Stevie. Also, looks like it is working now on non-java sites:

Your account was suspended due to inactivity. We require you to login to your cPanel every 30 days.
I have reactivated your account for you. In future, use this link:

Ah okay. Might be a good idea to make inactivity impossible* then.
*until 2025

I didn't know we even used this domain anymore; Geoff moved everything to Area51.
In what way are the server load images involved?
Thanks,
-
We could just create new articles on HelioHost.org Joomla and put the script in IFRAME.
