I have a website uptime monitor that scans the site from time to time

What time does it scan the site? Does it automatically start scanning, or do you have to manually start the script?

What FTP client are you using?

Yes, we have noticed and are aware of the current problems with Stevie, and at the moment I am not sure what is causing these strange issues.
