If you wish to move your entire site to Johnny then please let me know and I will be happy to move you to Johnny. Although, we only recommend you do this if you require the use of dangerous services like Java/JSP, ASP.NET and Ruby on Rails. Because of these dangerous services, the uptime will be worse and your site might be a bit more sluggish.
This issue with Stevie is becoming more and more rare. If I were you, I would keep your site on Stevie.
The moving process is automated and instructions are available at http://wiki.helionet.org/wiki/Moving_your_account . However, the wiki is currently unavailable as it is hosted on Stevie. Also, the delete script should only work when Stevie is back online. The process involves deleting your account and restoring your files etc.

Yes, your account is hosted on Stevie. Stevie is currently recovering from a power distruption:
-
Both forum accounts have been permanently deleted.
-
Every user is on the same IP address, unless you are prepared to pay $12 for a dedicated IP.
As an alternative, you can edit your HOSTS file on your local computer. If you wish to do this (fairly easy), please post your OS (Windows, Mac, etc) here.
-
Which account would you like me to delete?
Or would you like me to delete both?

Is there an ETA on when Stevie will be back up? What is the state of Stevie right now?Johnny should be up shortly, but Stevie will take a while. He will probably be up sometime tonight.
Sorry, but we can't give a better estimate than what djbob posted. fsck is a long process, and it is impossible for us to provide an exact estimate.
Please be patient in this rare situation.

I hope Stevie and Johnny will recover soon!
Thanks for the update, tweeted it.
EDIT: Hey - looks like Johnny's alive again!
-
The reason I posted that was because I guessed FTP would be down due to the Stevie problem, so he wouldn't be able to connect.

You can change your main domain using the script available at:
http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/domain
I am not sure if I understand. Could you explain it a little clearer, possibly with an example? Also: Am I correct in thinking that HelioHost handles the registrationof the domain if of the form '...heliohost.org' (and name resolution etc)
-
Nevermind, looks like Joomla sorts that out for you.
Okay - I've made a new Scripts menu on the HelioHost Homepage.
Here are the new links. I put them under Support > Scripts.
