What time does it scan the site? Does it automatically start scanning, or do you have to manually start the script?

What FTP client are you using? (eg. FileZilla)

Yes, we have noticed and are aware of the current problems with Stevie, and at the moment I am not sure what is causing these strange issues. I have escalated this thread, so djbob will soon reply and try to solve these problems.

Your account is active - you should be able to login through the HelioHost homepage. Also, I see no name servers on your domain pointing to us: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org
