@Earl @frostbyte - Your problem is different, as your site is showing QUEUED not SUSPENDED, meaning that the issue is to do with our database of websites. It looks like Stevie has crashed, and all websites on Stevie are down. I have created a new topic for the issue:

Sorry, if your account was deleted then it is impossible to recover any data.

Sorry, but slowness is one of e downsides of the Johnny server. Johnny runs dangerous services (ASP.NET, Java and Ruby on Rails) which can seriously affect his performance. If you do not require dangerous services, then please read up on moving your account.
