Remember to login through the HelioHost homepage. @Earl @frostbyte - Your problem is different, as your site is showing QUEUED not SUSPENDED, meaning that the issue is to do with our database of websites.   5. Sorry, if your account was deleted then it is impossible to recover any data. It clearly states in the TOS that it is the user's responsibility to regularily backup their files.
  6. @Andry - I have reset your password and PM'ed you a new one. Please try logging in through the HelioHost homepage. I can see your site fine. It has a directory listing there.
  7. Yes, there are no significant problems except a few viruses and scams and links to malicious sites.

  16. I think djbob prefers Joomla, as the HelioHost homepage runs on Joomla.
  17. Sorry, but slowness is one of e downsides of the Johnny server. Johnny runs dangerous services (ASP.NET, Java and Ruby on Rails) which can seriously affect his performance. If you do not require dangerous services, then please read up on moving your account.
