    Johnny Downtime

    Johnny has been down longer than usual and we are looking into the cause of the issue. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. During the time that Johnny is down, all websites will be either unavailable or return a 505 Internal Server Error.   15. It might be a good idea to search WordPress.org for details about hacks. Check your theme's files and htaccess file and see if any of the files seem changed or suspicious.

  18. There is an unlimited limit on connections to MySQL; could you post the exact error you are getting and at what time they appear?

  20. Yes, okay. Obviously I can't post the usernames of who's abusing the server, but if there is a signifcant problem (eg. >15.00 server load) then I will suspend them.

    Website delete

    Hello, Following on from what cl58tools said, feel free to create a new HelioHost account. Please can you confirm that you wish to delete your forum account. This will NOT delete your posts however, but I can manually delete your posts if you want. Or, I could just delete your posts and leave your account active. Which would you prefer? Yours sincerely,
  22. Yes actually, we do have a way. The administrators are equipped with a tool that shows who is creating the most server load, meaning we can then suspend them if it is too high. I can only do this when Johnny is online though...
  23. Inactivity does result in a suspension, but the account is deleted after a week to give room for new accounts. Sorry, we don't have any 'returning customer' fast-track services around. Try signing up at 0:00 PST; use the When To Signup Script for more information.
