Wow, this new security feature seems to be a major advantage to most of the users of HelioHost. According to the database, approximately 2,500 users out of 1,800 use .co.cc as their main domain. There are also lots of users who use .co.cc for parked/Addon domains. Thanks for sharing

Yes, the slowness and instability for Johnny is natural since of the dangerous services you mentioned previously. Johnny is currently struggling with 1200 accounts which are mostly using dangerous hard services with increased server load due to these services. If you do not require dangerous services I highly recommend you should move to Stevie if stability and speed is your priority.

If you are connecting from the server (like a PHP file on your web space) then Yes, the host name is localhost. If you are connecting remotely (like from your own computer) the No, the hostname is either stevie.heliohost.org or johnny.heliohost.org. If connecting remotely you will need to insert a % (percentage symbol) in the box under Remote SQL area in your cPanel. More info in the wiki. The advantage with Parked Domains is that you can keep your main domain too. Use that script if you want to replace your main domain. Although they are both relatively easy to do, and you would still need to change your NS records.

You need to add Nameserver records, not CNAME records. According to our DNS checker, your current Nameserver records show as: dns1.name-services.com dns2.name-services.com dns3.name-services.com dns4.name-services.com dns5.name-services.com Please delete the above nameserver records and add these two: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org Then try readding your parked domain.

It has come to our attention that there is currently an unusually high amount of accounts in the queue for the server 'Johnny', meaning that we are backlogged. There is currently 784 accounts in the queue for Johnny, while there is only 3 for Stevie. Therefore, it might take longer than usual for accounts to be created on Johnny. At the moment we are unsure what caused the problem and what action we should take. We will keep you updated in this news topic. Thank you

Yes, but the problem is that companies don't bother making their sites compatible with iOS. Many sites I use right now require Flash for use and it is really annoying Until either the iOS software supports Flash or the developer makes compatibility for iOS, the user is left with no other choice but to leave the site. The question is, which person should take the move of making the site compatible. This is where Piwik and other statistics are extremely helpful to the developer, since they can discover how many of their customers are 'missing out' on their website experience, and judge whether they should make effort into making their site compatible. The App Store also comes into play here, as the developer may wish to create a completely native version of their website for the iOS devices if the statistics show a reasonably high amount of traffic coming from iOS devices.

EDIT: ACP is taking a while to delete, one moment EDIT: Okay, your account is deleted. Wait 24 hours and sign up again.

The reason the registration form is not accepting your details is because there is already an account in the database with the same IP address as you. The username of the account is 'whbadmin' and the server is 'Johnny'. Is this your account?

An administrator posted a new topic in the moderator discussion, saying that a user was abusing the server with an excess amount of server load. This abuse started just before the queued page started (by my calculations). Coincidence?

Hello blacksta, The link I gave you in the PM was the zipped contents of your public_html. To access it, use your original username and password for your old site. I did not backup your MySQL Databases since you didn't answer this question: I asked you the above question 3 times yet I received no reply.
