Thanks for the suggestions, unfortunately I had checked on those earlier. No subdomain listed, Advance DNS editor didn't show any A or CNAME records. Looks like an Admin may need to get rid of the faulty DNS entry.

Wanting to add ecubasketball.com as add on domain to my primary site skully.com I'm getting this message: "Sorry, a DNS entry for ecubasketball.skully.com already exists". I've added several others in the past with no problem....I would appreciate it if you can help me out with this one?

I'm having problems as well....unable to sign in to c-panel using heliohost.org login. I was able to access using domain.com:2082 Mail is also affected (password not being accepted) and certificate is showing johnny rather than stevie. Just completed payment for Stevie SSL account forum user name: skullys I would like to use this account/server for my primary site Skully.com I also have a standard Stevie account for thepiratestore.com (user name skully)which I would like to keep as well . Please instruct how I activate the SSL account with the Skully.com site If this is not possible (two separate accounts/servers) please let me know.
