The same address I will receive invite / create account notification for the rebuilt Tommy? I have not created any temporary accounts on any other server. Also are these notifications / emails going out at specific times of the day or is it ongoing 24/7 Thanks!

Luigi123, I didn't move or create any other temporary accounts... just wanted to know once the upgraded/repaired Tommy starts accepting new sign ups that I could use my original Tommy ID and email address to create the new account... Thanks

For those of us that never left Tommy... I understand that the original accounts no longer exist but when we re-apply for a new account, will we be able to use what was our original ID & email to create the new account or do both need to be completely new?

Quick question about e-commerce (opencart) install through CP Softaculous. Once Tommy is restored, any idea if my Opencart backup files will be usable since CP will be upgraded to newest version?

So this is where things currently stand?... There won't be another attempt to boot Tommy even after all backups have been created... and Tommy will definitely be down until installation of new disk and rebuild (end of month). Ricky is the preferred option once backups are available. Thanks!

Please reset... The IP address 75.110.162.66 has been blocked for trying to log in to POP3 with the wrong password too many times. To prevent this from happening again in the future please make sure your email client username and password are correct. You won't be able to continue to cPanel until an admin unblocks you.

Yeah, I'm aware of that... some of them I may eventually change to add on domains but for the time being Alias is fine. Thanks for the head up anyway!

I have a number of domains (add on) which I redirected to my main site when I was on Stevie, now that I'm on Tommy I'd like to make them alias instead of add on / redirect. The domains are listed in my public_html directory (installed from backup) but not listed anywhere else. When I attempt to make alias in cp I get the following message... "here was an error when the system attempted to create the alias. Park::park(domain name) failed: (XID 7ds444) A DNS entry for “domain name” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed." Will removing the files from public_html allow me to create alias or where do I find the DNS listings to remove (the only one I see in DNS zone editor is my primary domain)

I uploaded rescued backup ( thanks to Krydos) to Tommy wp folder/files were part of backup and looked intact wp .sql database file was also included with backup (separate from public_html / wp folder) I imported wp .sql file to MYSQL database (shows 2.11MB size) , checked my PHPMyadmin and found the wp .sql file / contents listed there Checked the wp-config.php file and saw the following were correct: // ** MySQL settings - You can get this info from your web host ** // /** The name of the database for WordPress */ define('DB_NAME', 'database_name_here'); /** MySQL database username */ define('DB_USER', 'username_here'); /** MySQL database password */ define('DB_PASSWORD', 'password_here'); /** MySQL hostname */ define('DB_HOST', 'localhost'); /** Database Charset to use in creating database tables. */ define('DB_CHARSET', 'utf8'); The Problem ...Site shows database error when I type in address. Wanted to make sure problem was with my files so I used softaculous to install new WP and that worked fine. I would prefer to get my original wp site backup and running rather than having to recreate from a new install. Any other suggestions or possible fixes I need to look at before going the new route?

I was able to use backup wizard to upload / restore home directory from backup file, but I am unable to upload mysql using wizard. I also see 3 .sql files listed in my home directory, are these possibly the same as the ones in the file I am trying to upload using the wizard? skullythepirate.com skully
