Hi Krydos, can we set up monitoring on the server so that we get email alerts when something like this happens or similar on any server? I can help with that.

Not sure what's going on with Apache. It refuses to restart. The normal admin tools give me a blank screen when I go to the page wher I would restart it, and WHM spits this error out when I try to do so from there. Maybe Krydos is updating it?

 

Apache build currently in progress. Restarts disabled by existence of /var/cpanel/mgmt_queue/apache_update_no_restart. Restarting Apache now may result in a broken Apache build.

 

Any idea what was the root cause though?

I came here to say the same thing. My website has been down too, but cPanel is working flawlessly though

Asking to restart for an update is nice of it. My Windows 10 computers like to restart themselves without warning when I'm not looking, which closes any open programs without saving them. I've lost quite a bit of work that way since I started using Windows 10. Never happened on older versions of Windows.
