Proxies should be used privately or else it could lead to high usage of resources and then could end up having their site suspended.

Many people's website at Heliohost are getting suspended for having more than 2 cron jobs per day. Why not limit cron jobs in cPanel or just give a warning when a user is adding more then 2 cron jobs ?

You can AddType application/x-httpd-php .html so that the server can parse .html as php files.

error_reporting(0);

to php so that it doesn't generate error_log files ?

Got the file which contained virus and it has been removed !

I have removed some files and I dont know exactly which file would contain the virus.. could u provide me the information about the file which contains the virus ?
