How long ago did you login last? If it is cron jobs you will have to wait for djbob cron jobs are linux thing for windows scheduled tasks. Cron stands for cronograph.

Did you spam, break the TOS or run to many cron jobs? Or how long ago did you sign up? Could you ever log in to cpanel?

Just don't login to cpanel for 30 days. You can still use your domain on the other host. Just change the nameservers to your other host's.
