Hello What is the timezone used on the statistics page (http://www.heliohost.org:2082/awstats.pl)?

I have the same problem and i am pretty sure about cpanel activity correlation.

I have exectly the same issue. Have You resolved it? Also I've got an email about account expiration due to cPanel inactivity but I've used just cPanel yesterday.

My site (mediawiki backed) often returns error 500 page (and it mentions that requested page is not found also). Does anyone know how to make this page reveal some more details or where is the error log? Error log from cPanel is empty. I believe it is a result of no activity on site for long time. Because it happens only after long inactivity time and I am receiving error 500 only for few first minutes. And then everything work fine.

Is there any settings which allow to filter outgoing emails? Account level filtering is connected to ingoing mail, isn't it?

Hello http://krotik.heliohost.org/ When fixed IP feature have been activated on my site, the server started to return error 404 for any http GET request . Https seems not to work also. But I can see all my files in cPanel File Manager and the site worked well before fixed IP activation. Fix it please.

Could You grant a dedicated IP to my site also please? I need to set up https access. I am ok with self-generated certificate. domain: krotik.heliohost.org
