Based on your .nl email address and your transaction ID not being a PayPal transaction ID I'm guessing you used some local payment provider such as iDeal. Sometimes when people use a small local third party payment processor like this it can take a few days to get to us since you didn't use PayPal directly and the money has to through several intermediate steps on the way to us. Some options we can do for you now: 1) We could give you a free Johnny account instead of Tommy, and then when the donation comes through we could get you moved over to Tommy. 2) We could give you a free Tommy account now, and then if the donation doesn't come through within the next week we can move you to Johnny, or you can try donating again. 16. Dear anonymous HeliHost advisor: Your advice was spot-on. I killed the LetsEncrypt certificate, and everything started operating perfectly. Thank you. "Google will also not index or promote sites without HTTPS." I consider this an "added bonus." All my pages are encoded with "" to keep Google's nose out of my business. If HTTP scares them (and hopefully the likes of ChatGPT) away, so much the better. Thank you! 17. Username: N/A, Server: N/A, Main Domain: N/A Hello, I bought an account under the email jmappalma@gmail.com and im trying to create a mysql database which i can access from a windows application. You're website said it offered remote control for mysql, and the wiki says to log in to plesk and click on remote mariaDB. Ctrl+f gives me 0 results for "remote" or "mariadb" so clearer instructions would be appreciated. Right now all i can find is how to create a domain and have a localhost db for it, which i dont want. I just want a database which i can remotely access from a windows app. Could i get some help solving this? thanks.

I have used that account to test some apps that is made for "Helping Hand For Needy" (facebook.com/HHFN.BD) ,a charity organization to help needy patients for treatment purposes. I work for them. I have created some kind of automations based on website for handling patient data. Now it's time to go to production. So a free Heliohost account is needed for the organization. Organization mail: helpinghandforneedy12@gmail.com My email: msbsurfi@gmail.com (Already have a Heliohost account) Please keep note that both accounts will be operated from same device. And please send an account creation invitation to Helping Hand For Needy. Regards, MD Shifat Bin Siddique.
  24. Hi, I wanted to clarify the situation regarding our accounts. My son, Cristobal Cordova (account: cristobalcordova, email: cristobalcordovaw@gmail.com), and I share the same internet connection at home, which may have caused the system to flag our accounts as duplicates. However, we each have our own separate accounts and do not share login credentials. My account is used for testing code with PostgreSQL, while my son uses his account for university homework related to PostgreSQL. We have always maintained separate accounts, and no account sharing has occurred. I hope this explanation resolves the issue, and I kindly request the reactivation of both accounts. Thank you for your understanding. 25. Username: paulcordova, Server: Tommy, Main domain: paulcordova.helioho.st Dear HelioHost, I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for reaching out and for your continued support of your platform. I greatly appreciate the services you provide and am happy to contribute as a donor. I understand that my account was suspended due to a suspicion of multiple account usage, possibly triggered by my access patterns. I would like to clarify that I use my account from two different locations?my home and my office?depending on my work schedule. However, I assure you that I am the sole user of this account, and I have not shared it with anyone else. I kindly request that my account be reactivated, as I have adhered to the terms of service and have not created or used multiple accounts. Please let me know if there is any further information or verification required to resolve this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to your prompt response.
