When I try to access it, I get a 404 and, further, it isn't possible to login to Heliohost. This isn't an issue when I'm at home, as I can access everything just fine, but is a problem for visitors (seems like a 50/50 on whether they can access it) and an inconvenience for me, as I frequently leave my house. As I'm not sure what's causing this issue, I would like to kindly request your help. It's possible that I have done something wrong to have caused this (in my own configuration settings), although I'm not at all sure what I may have done. Thank you in advance for your help, Ninjasr

Well, that does sound like a waste to have to do all of that for a mailing list, and you are right, mailman is really a pain. Do you know of any mailing list sites I could use with my site by chance?
