Hello, I got account on tommy, as it gives asp.net 4.6. And i don't understanding, how me publishing my site? I move directories and files from my laptop in /public_html. Hello, I received the Tommy Beta webhosting and I think all goes fine. I'm trying to setup cloudfare through the cPanel but in both the option it gives me error. If I try the CNAME Setup, it gives me: CloudFlare is already activated for "heliohost.org" under a different account. If you want to enable CloudFlare through this partner, please log in to your CloudFlare account and choose "Disconnect" on your CloudFlare DNS Settings page. If I try the Full Zone Setup, it gives me: Zone 'heliohost.org' already exists and is verified.

I cant sign up again using my domain. Can you delete my account so that I can create a new one? I already have a backup and don't need the files. Hi Support Team, I would like to delete my account to RICKY if that's possible. I am requesting this because I cannot login into my account on RICKY server. username: iplus password: <removed> However, the password this current password is hat I used during password rest. The password I used during account creation cannot be recovered because I use KeePassX to manage my passwords. Thus, I stupidly did not record the previous password. Thanks. Hi I try to enter our cPanel through our HelioHost account. But https://johnny.heliohost.org:2083/login/ always gives me: "The waiting time for the connection has expired". Something wrong with the server or what is a solution here? Thanks Wouter

We have managed to get Ricky back online and functional, but he's still having a lot of issues. There are tons of errors going on behind the scenes which are causing him to run very slowly, and we suspect that these same errors have been causing stability issues for weeks. The issue is likely hardware related so our suggestion is to backup your accounts and move to Tommy or Johnny before things get any worse. We have disabled new account creations on Ricky for the time being.

Hi Support Team, I am Edward Rajah and I was trying to set up a website for a colleague of mine with your servers. I used the RICKY server and it appears to be down. Thus, I would like to know what I can do get back online. I initially reset my password twice or so thinking it was a network issue or typo, but nothing working. It was only then I noticed that RICKY has been crossed on the footer of your webpage. I look forward to hearing from the team or someone. Thanks.

Hello, I have a hosting account with HelioHost. I am unable to login from the home page past couple of days. I get a 'Invalid Login' error. I go on to reset the password. Using the new password also results in the same error. Secondly, my websites are hosted in the Ricky server and it is inaccessible since 2 days. I posted this question on your Facebook messenger where I was told that Ricky is not stable yet since its a new server and yet to be fine tuned. I was recommended to move over to Tommy server. I hope I can make this switch after logging in to the account. Please look into this. Thank you.
