Thank you very much for explanations and help. I forgot to add that actually username wasn't so important for me. Important was domainname. Receiving message that username was not available I thought that domainname will be not available too. Anyway now I managed to create an account with domainname which I wanted. Thank you once more. I asked my VPS provider to reinstall a fresh OS because the files I was using were for testing purposes and the person requested 3 Bitcoins ($8500) to decrypt them, which wasn't worth it all. My website recently (coldwin.heliohost.org) started giving Internal error messages and I deleted everything in public_html and mysql databases and users. The problem now is that I don't know if the person still has access to my cPanel through HelioHost, I can't see IP logs either so I would like to request a fresh installation of my cPanel on HelioHost. Hello My problem looks so: I had got an account on Johnny server. After server crash I decided to move on other server because I didn't need many of its functions. At the beginning of December 2016 I managed to valide my email and on 1:00 I signed up to new account on Tommy server with my old data: username geograf domain poczta.heliohost.org server Tommy On next morning I received strange email message Heliohost Johnny Beta from Heliohost It was an invitation to create an accont on ne Johnny server. When I tried to log in to my account created several hours earlier I couldn't do it and wen I checked its status I found message that there is no such account. Few days later I tried to sign up again but than I found its impossible because my username is not available. I decided to wait some months hoping it changes something. Today I tried to sign up again but there was still the same problem my username is still not available and in the same time checking account status there is message that there is no such account in database. Hi, You're missing an "o" in "Heliohost" in the last step of configuration wizard: If you ever need support for your Helihost account simply go to our support forums . Also I think I accidentally created 2 accounts: - cprn - cy II tried to copy your e-mail address from the footer and clicked the URL instead, got redirected to Gmail and couldn't continue the configuration process afterwards, neither I could redo everything with `cprn` as my username (it was used already... because I've just used it).
