  4. Hello, I could not install an SSL "Let's Encrypt" Certificate for my main domain esp-diego.mg and subdomains courriel.esp-diego.mg and forum.esp-diego.mg. I always got the following message "The certificate could not be installed on the domain esp-diego.mg.   6. Hello, I have an account on the server "Johnny" and I am trying to access FTP but I can't. I am using FileZilla for Mac and when I connect, it logs in fine but gets stuck at "Retrieving directory listing", it will try again and then disconnect. I tried making a new FTP account to use, and I tried the FTP file, but neither worked. My domain is craftology.heliohost.org if that helps. Thank you.

    The compilation of apache and php on Johnny has completed and we're happy to announce that the php mysqli functions are now working again.   14. The IP address 210.212.172.99 has been blocked for trying to log in to FTP with the wrong password too many times. To prevent this from happening again in the future please make sure your username and password are saved correctly in your FTP client.     Johnny Backlog

    Due to the high load and downtime over the last 24 hours Johnny is quite behind on creating new accounts. We have gotten the account creation process started again and progress is being made on the queue. We've also noticed that mysqli on Johnny isn't currently working. We recommend using mysql instead until we can get it fixed. Johnny's .net 3.5 is also down for the time being. We will need to perform scheduled maintenance on Johnny in the next few days to fix those issues which will result in some more high load and sporadic downtime. Let us know if you find anything else that isn't working as expected. We're going to let Johnny get caught up on account creations first before we do any work though. Since Johnny has been having more issues than usual we are going to double the number of free Tommy signups per day soon. Some free Tommy accounts will become available shortly after this message is posted, and tonight at midnight UTC double the number of free accounts will be available. As always if you don't want to wait until midnight UTC or aren't fast enough to get one of the limited free accounts you can also use https://www.heliohost.org/tommy/ to create your account whenever you want. You can also use http://wiki.helionet.org/Moving_your_account to move your existing Johnny account to Tommy. Let us know if you have any questions or need help with anything.

    As you may have noticed, we have been the target of several DDoS attacks over the last couple days. If you're concerned about the uptime of your websites we recommend setting up cloudflare on your domains. This will help keep your static resources online during an attack. If you're the one responsible for the attacks just know that we're willing to talk to you. If there is a site that we host who has upset there is a chance that they have violated our terms of service and we could simply suspend the one account instead of taking down thousands of websites. One DDoS attack we endured was because his website was suspended automatically by our server for causing high load. Once we explained that to him and showed him how to edit his code to reduce load everyone was happy. All of our servers, with the exception of Ricky who is down for maintenance, are now back online and fully functional. Thanks for your patience during this unexpected downtime.
