Namely whenever I try to post a message or reply to an existing thread (in Questions), I get the following error message: That email address is in use by another member. Do you need to reset your password? My email in use in Heliohost account is matti.ylen@gmail.com. This error message might possibly be due to the fact that I had many years ago already an Heliohosting account, but I do not remember anymore what was the email at usage a that time. Could you please check if there is double account with double email existing in your system ? and if so, please remove the older account. And if the cause of the error lies somewhere else could you please try to fix it so that I could start using the forum. Actually, if I sign in once more there is a top part of a Plesk? icon (is it a "smile" looking graphic?) but clicking it just gives the same web page on attached jpg.   23. My main issue is being able to edit DNS, domain management (add/delete) and the plugins or apps catalogue is a little bit lacking. I don't know how the Cloudflare integration works with Plesk since in cPanel it was a simple yet useful feature. I'm still exploring all the features Plesk offers and I'm proud of your work and for finding solutions quickly. Thanks for taking feedback and listening to us!   25. Ok thanks. Moved "keno" to htmldocs directory and got it to load in browser but it did not work as it did before on tommy2. Now I know why so with no asp support I will not be able to use the new platform.
