To me dont work. That's because I didn't change your account settings any. Do your filezilla settings look like this? https://www.dropbox.com/s/6b5fnsy5b6cpvg3/filzilla-ftp-s.png?raw=1
  2. Thanks. Updated: https://www.dropbox.com/s/6b5fnsy5b6cpvg3/filzilla-ftp-s.png?raw=1
  3. Right now it's the only choice you have until we get this figured out. btw, I've always just used plain ftp. I'm not scared! Change your encryption to "Only use plain FTP (insecure)" like you see in the attachment.
  4. Have you tried these settings for just plain FTP? https://www.dropbox.com/s/6b5fnsy5b6cpvg3/filzilla-ftp-s.png?raw=1

I'm not having any problems with SFTP. The only thing different is I have to specify my default remote directory like this: /home/byron2/public_html Is this how your SFTP is set up?

  9. KeePass is a great open source password manager. Nothing stored in the cloud unless you choose to. http://keepass.info/ Number one choice among security professionals: I just download this yesterday and it seems really nice. It a disk usage statistics viewer: https://windirstat.net/ Saw it mentioned here:
  10. Have you tried deleting all of your settings at Filezilla and starting over?
  11. What happens when you paste this into your browser window? ftp://username:password@tommy.heliohost.org Please replace username and password with your username and password.
  12. Try going to your transfer settings and setting it to passive:
  13. Is this what your settings look like? https://www.dropbox.com/s/6b5fnsy5b6cpvg3/filzilla-ftp-s.png?raw=1
  14. Try using regular ftp but leave the port blank.
  15. SFTP works fine for me although I normally just use regular FTP.

    Stevie Backup

When Stevie comes back online, it will be like no accounts ever existed on Stevie. So yes you will need to create another account. I'll make sure this is the only account deleted: mirandaterlaak.heliohost.org

    Stevie Backup

Well since Krydos never did ok it and we really don't like allowing multiple accounts on the same server, can you wait for the Stevie server to come back online for your friends account (mirandaterlaak.heliohost.org)? If I said yes to you, then I would have to say yes to everybody else. I hope you understand. btw, the Stevie server should be back online in a couple of months.

    Stevie Backup

I'm assuming you donated twice right? If that's the case, then yes you may keep both accounts.

    Stevie Backup

All Stevie accounts have been deleted except for backups although I think there is a problem with the backups at the moment showing the suspended page. Also are you aware your only allowed one account on the Tommy server unless you have permission for two? This will get you your backup from Stevie once Krydos fixes it: username: mirandal email: @ziggo.nl

    Stevie Backup

This is the way it is: username: mirandat site: sylviareyn.heliohost.org username: mirandal site: mirandaterlaak.heliohost.org username: mirandal @ziggo.nl = backup Are both of those your accounts on Tommy?
  21. Byron

    Stevie Backup

I'm seeing a backup with that username and this email address: mirar........uise@ziggo.nl I'm also seeing that same email for your Tommy account.
  22. All Stevie accounts have been deleted so your free to create an account on Tommy. You can find your backup here if it was successful: https://heliohost.org/backup/
