Any time you add or delete a Parked Domain or an Addon Domain, you need to wait for the server to do a restart. That happens once every 24 hours, so give it 24 hours until you try to add the addon domain.

Your site is still showing in the queue. We've had a backlog of new accounts and that's why your still not up. Give it another day and if your site still isn't up tomorrow post back and I'll take care of it.

Did you check for your ip address at your cpanel? If your using the ip address found at your cpanel and it still isn't working then your going to have to use nameservers.

Your site is up and has been up since yesterday. Clear your browsers cache.

Go to your cpanel and look for Parked Domains and add hopbank.info (without the www) as a parked domain. You also need to go to your registrar and point that domain to our nameservers. ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org After your done it should take 24 to 48 hours to resolve.

You set up cron jobs from the cpanel Cron Manager. If your running a php script your path will look like this: php -q /home/geoff/public_html/cron_job.php So it doesn't send you an email everytime cron runs, like this: php -q /home/geoff/public_html/cron_job.php > /dev/null

You were seeing the Queued page because the server was down. Clear your cache and that should take care of that. Create an index page and it will default to it (index.html, index.php, index.shtml, index.pl, etc.). Can't help you on the Meaning of Life. Try Google.

Are you sure it's PERL and not PHP you mean? You can call on IM with perl like this: #!/usr/bin/perl -w print "Content-Type: text/html\n\n"; system "convert -resize 100x100 -colorspace rgb -quality 70 seaside.jpg thumbnail.jpg"; That would thumbnail seaside.jpg

If you haven't already signed up then it's going to be a few days before you can. We had to deny signups for a few days while the system catches up. But 3:00 pm YOUR TIME would be when the system resets for signups.

If your still not able to login, give it another day or two. We've had a backlog of new accounts and we've shut down signups for a few days to let the system catch up.

Server time is PST (Pacific Standard Time). At the time of this post it is 5:27 PM PST and the signup resets at 12 midnight pst.

I was referring to your browsers cache. You can add a no-cache meta tag to your page if you don't want to cache it.

You don't own dscomusc.org. We don't provide domain names. You'll either have to purchase that domain name or let us change it to a heliohost sub-domain: i.e. dscomusc.heliohost.org

I assume you mean the python file? What if anything were you seeing before and are your permissions 755?
