  1. I had a simple asp .net page working for a while. I never made any changes to it, and then all of a sudden it stopped working. Very frustrating... If ASP .Net has been disabled since before September 30, that makes it almost 3-months... What's the status on this??? I notice you're still promoting ASP .Net on the main website, HelioHost.org...

Well, I tried again and I'm still having the same problem and I received another error email.   4. Hi, I had an account with you that had been closed because I waited longer than 30 days before logging in (I think). Anyway, I was already informed that I could create a new account, but I 've gotten no-reply error emails both times. I'm starting to think my original account wasn't actually deleted but rather there was some other problem.... The following are the two emails I've received after two recent attempts at trying to create an account. I received these after receiving the "Account Installed" email. My information is as follows.   5. I was out of the province from where I live for over a month with no internet, so it was probably more than 30 days. So, is it that my account has been completely deleted? I created quite a big database and store, is there anyway to recover my files/database?

  8. Please help. I can't log in to my control panel, or access my website. I thought it might be my password, so I tried resetting it but I'm not receiving an email with a confirmation code.   9. Is cURL supported/enabled? If I change the extension module to use curl instead of fsockopen, do you think that would work?
  10. Hi, I'm setting up an online store, and until now everything has worked. I'm using a Canada Post extension for my OpenCart shopping cart to calculate shipping and provide shipping options. What I'm having trouble with is when a customer is at the second step of checking out an error message is being displayed as follows at the top of the page. Warning: fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]: unable to connect to sellonline.canadapost.ca:30000 (Connection timed out) in /home/*****/public_html/store/catalog/model/shipping/canadapost.php on line 185 Further down on the page under Shipping Method, it says as follows. "Error connecting to Canada Post" I posted my issue on the forums of OpenCart, and they said as follows. "A lot of hosts are disabling fsock for some reason in favor of curl. Curl is great but there is no good reason to disable fsock. Ask your host to allow fsock or the module will need to be changed to use curl to work for your servers" Is this the problem? Is fsock disabled? If so, is it possible to enable it? Here is a link to the OpenCart forum if you want to read my full post.   11. I created a mySql database for testing with a poor admin password, and now that I know it works, I would like change the password to something more secure. I looked in phpMyAdmin and the password field is encrypted. So, how do I change the admin password on an existing database? Thanks.

  13. Is it possible to change the .com domain I set up my account with? Or Is it possible to add another different .com domain to my existing account? It's a long story, but I can't use the .com domain I used to set up the account. I need to use another one instead. I don't want to set up another account because this is not only pointless, but not allowed. Each user is only allowed 1 account. On the other hand, I don't want my account to just sit until it's deleted and sign up again months later. What can I do?
