It means inactivity at your cpanel. You need to at least login once every 30 days. If you fail to login every 30 days you will recieve a notice and given a chance to reactivate your account. Then I believe it's 7 days after that your account gets permantly deleted.

Go to your cpanel and look for the link that says Error log and see if you see any errors.

I'm not seeing a 500 error when I go to your site. Did you check you log files at your cpanel for any errors?

OK I've changed your old domain name: westmindlands-stream.heliohost.org to westmidlandsfm.co.uk Give it another 24 hours to resolve and you will still login with your old username and password.

The reason it's been over 50 hours is because your only allowed one account. The new account got deleted after the sign up script realized you already had another account. I can either delete your old account and you can signup again or I can change your domain on your old account to westmidlandsfm.co.uk and you'll login like before.

Give it another 24 hours and if you still can't login post back.
