Escalating... Note to djbob. I changed his domain from denismedeiros.info to denismedeiros.com and it worked but he can still go to his site using denismedeiros.info. If you'll read his last post it will maybe explain what happened.

This domain is working: http://denismedeiros.com I'm not sure why your: http://denismedeiros.info is still able to access your account. I've checked our database and it's only showing the .com name. I'm sure if you remove the nameservers on the .info name it will clear it up.

You do know that your only allowed one account don't you? It would be easier just to change your domain name, would you rather me do that?

It should but since I've never restored a Full cPanel Backup before I can't say for sure. There's one sure way to find out. And yes I would use the most recent one.

We are havng issues with the cpanel right now. When this has been resolved, which should be later today, please go back to the php version.

We are having some cpanel issues right now. It should be resolved later today. Yes it is possible to have both blogs.

That means the tmp folder has become full. Escalating to djbob... Also people, when this cpanel issue is resolved you need to go back to the .php version of the cpanel url.

Try it again in about 2 or 3 hours. It might be that the server load is high right now.

Glad to hear you have a backup. We urge everybody to keep a backup but so few do.
