You have to remove it as an addon first before it can be used as your main domain name.

You'll just need to be patient for another invite when the list gets down to you: https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/36995-tommy-is-back/ As far as the backup goes, if you use the backup we provided, you don't need to extract it on your pc, just upload the tar.gz file to your cpanel Backup Wizard and it will extract it for you.

You can go here and see if we have a backup of your site just before Tommy went down. If so, save it to your computer and then upload it using the Backup Wizard. https://www.heliohost.org/backup/ Otherwise you can do it the way you've done it before using ftp.

That domain should be available. If you had a backup from us, you can just upload it using the Backup Wizard at your cpanel and it will automatically restore your account once you get your Tommy account back.

That's the wrong yahoo email address for that username.
