  1. Yes we are aware of this and will have it corrected soon. In the meantime let's try and keep the nmultiple threads about this to a minimum. Moving to customer service...
  2. Yeah well tell him to please stop, lol.

  4. We are aware of this and should have everything back to normal soon.
  5. Just be patient and we'll have everything back to normal.
  6. We don't know who you are unless you post your username and domain name.
  7. This works for me: #!/usr/bin/perl -w use CGI qw(:standard); print header; print <<EOF; <html> <head> <title>hello, world</title> </head> <body> <h1>hello world</h1> </body> </html> EOF Make sure your file permissions are 755. If your still getting 500 errors with my code, check out this thread: http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?sh...ic=6787&hl=
  8. Try removing the 301 redirect you have on your site.
  9. Yes the server Stevie has these installed and that's the server your on.

  11. Actually he should be able to login to his cpanel file manager through the home page login, he just won't be able to see his site until he points his ns to us.
  12. Please post your username and domain name. Escalating...

  14. You can check your sites status from a link in my signature.
  15. I'm seeing your site ok now. If your having problems installing wordpress, you might want to try installing it from cpanel's Softaculous. Login to Softaculous here: http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/.../index.live.php
  16. Your seeing that page because you have a new ip for your site. We'll have to wait a few more hours for your new ip to be good, then we can check your site again.
  17. Ok, so you can login to your site and see the public_html folder now? I'm sorry the link I provided you with earlier was wrong. I was using /home/chentong instead of /home1/chentong This link should take you to your .htaccess file to delete it: http://chentong.heliohost.org:2082/fronten...;file=.htaccess
  18. Yes you need to go to your home directory: /home/chentong/ and create a new public_html folder.
  19. I actually get redirected to here when I go domain/cpanel. http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/index.phpcp
  20. We think you accidently deleted your public_html folder when you first deleted wordpress. Do you know how to FTP into your site. Your probably not going to be able to visit your site or your cpanel until your new ip resolves which will be at least another 12 hours.
  21. Evidently that's what his problem is. He stated ealier in the thread that he deleted all of the files in his public_html folder but thought that he still had the public_html folder. So what he needs to do is go to his /home/chentong/ and create his public_html folder again. Do you understand this chentong?
  22. His site was actually returning a 500 error and he said he wasn't able to go to the link I provided for him to remove his .htaccess file. I'm not so sure he was being blocked or it was just him since he said he installed wordpress on his site and and then tried to remove it. Anyway I guess we'll find out tomorrow if the cpanel link works for him then. EDIT: This was the link he said Chrome said was invalid: http://chentong.heliohost.org:2082/fronten...;file=.htaccess
  23. Just click onto the link I posted. Do not copy and paste it into your browser. But if that still doesn't work then login to your cpanel like your normally do and try to delete the .htaccess file again. Your english isn't bad.
  24. Click onto the link below, you may have to login. This will take you to your htaccess file options. Click delete file: http://chentong.heliohost.org:2082/fronten...;file=.htaccess You may have to delete your index.php file also.
  25. Do you see an index file in your public_html folder? Maybe a index.php?
