  1. Excellent, thanks for the direction. I've removed the specified files, as well as everything else in my theme's cache folder. How are we looking now?
  2. Thanks, I got it back and think I have it clean now. Please let me know if that's not the case.
  3. Thanks for the info. I was in the middle of trying to locate and clean the malware and just lost connection. Was the site killed before the 24 hours was up? Or is this unrelated? Thanks!
  4. a. your HelioHost username: mcompton b. the server your account is on: stevie c. your HelioHost main domain: kuribosshoes.com I cannot log into cPanel, nor access my site. I'm pretty sure I've been logging in at least once a month, but I guess I could be wrong. Was it something else? Spam/malware? The site doesn't generate much traffic. Thanks!
  5. I don't know if disabling that is why, but my site is a million times faster today. I've been doing a lot of work on it and haven't gotten hung up yet. Anyone else seeing the same improvements?
  6. Same here with KuribosShoes.com on Stevie.
  7. Same here. This is really unfortunate. My site's official launch was supposed to be today. I already have people on the Facebook page saying "Well, where is it?" stevie mcompton kuribosshoes.com
  8. Gotcha. I can access my cPanel just fine and have installed WordPress on it. I just can't do anything with it at the moment since work must be done within the CMS. I guess I should've registered a heliohost domain first. That's my bad. Thanks!
  9. Hello all, I'm coming to HelioHost from another hosting company that I prefer not to deal with any longer. My domain is kuribosshoes.com, and that currently still points to the old hosting site. It's a WordPress blog that I'd like to migrate over, but I don't want the site to experience any downtime right now. Instead, I'd like to be able to configure it and get it set up before switching my DNS info to Helio's server. Is there a path to access my site for now so that I can get all the WordPress stuff set up? Maybe an IP address or something? I looked around but couldn't find this info in the forums. Thanks!
