  3. I'm sorry but it looks like that account has been deleted due to not logging in every 30 days. ALWAYS keep a backup of your data!
  4. Check your spam folder. i always send a BCC to my email accounts when I reset a password. The same email I sent you went straight to my Inbox.

  6. How long ago did you make dns changes for that domain? Has it been at least 24 hours? You may need to use NS records and point that domain to our name servers: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org

  10. Nope, no planned down time. You may experience some 500 errors sometimes when the server load is extremly high, more so on the Johnny server.

  20. You need to wait at least 24 hours after you register before your site will become active. You can login to your cpanel through the link below: http://johnny.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/index.phpcp make sure to use ALL lowercase for your username and password.
