How are spammers attacking your site? Are they posting in your forum? You can use the IP Deny Manager at your cpanel to block ips of the spammers.

Have you tried using another browser? Like I said your site is up and I'm seeing the public_html index.

Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server.
